05:09 pm: My parents were here this weekend, which was nice. It meant shopping and good food. Currently my room is a mess but I cannot bring myself to clean it. I can only sit here and contemplate how the mess is only going to mutiply and get worse until my room will no longer be habitable. Tonight I am going to Halloween party. Costumes are still up in the air though it look like we are leaning towards stereotypical trailer park trash...we mostly just needed an excuse to wear fake eye lashes and that is the cheapest costume we could think up. Despite the fact that it was parents weekend I am still flat out broke I only have 16 dollars in my wallet and I refuse to take any money out of my ever dwindling bank account. I am in desperate need of emplyment but unfortuntely so is everyone else at my school. Other than that things are good. I am most likely going to Framingham State to see another of Timmy's football games next weekend which should be nice...

12:34 pm: An Update
- I Love Clark University
- I am going to have a radio show...crazy, huh?
- I have no calss today until 6 o'clock.
- I am going home this weekend because everyone is leaving for Rosh Hashanah. My dear friend Emma is coming with me.
- On September 23rd I will be 18. Much festivities will ensue.
- Next weekend I am going to Maine it should be very exciting.
- Last night I went to the grocery store at 12:30 in the morning. I love the escort service.

04:02 pm: - I leave for college on Thursday morning. My whole family is coming.
- I am not packed.
- This was the best summer ever and now it's over.
- I haven't been able to contact my roomate yet.
- I miss my sort of boyfriend already and he just left today.
- It's my last night of work.
- The first week of school is going to suck. I just want to start going to classes and get into a routine.
- It's all too much to handle.

10:43 am: - Brittany's suprise party was yesterday. It was quite fun. Everyone was there and we went swimming at night...I haven't done that in sooo long.

- I am going camping next weekend with Britt, Jim and Timmy. Very exciting! When I was little my parents would never take me camping because my Mom doesn't like being outdoors so this is a big deal :)

- College is creeping up on me. I leave in less than a month. But I found out that my roomate is from Greece!!! How cool is that?!

03:45 pm: - I went shopping last night with my Mom for college stuff...bad idea. I brought a matress pad and sheets. I remember when I was little thinking that shoppingfor college would be the best thing ever. That I would get all new stuff and have the coolest dorm room in the world. So cool that it would be featured in magazines under the heading coolest dorm room ever. Turns out shopping for college stuff is a one way ticket to a migraine.
- This weekend Timmy invited me, Jim, Jon and Brittany to his beach house but I have other obligations. I'm dissapointed though because he wanted us to come down for this thing called A Night in Venice when all the boats are lit up and pretty and it's soo romantic (sigh) but I have other plans...
- Like going to Sarah and Sabrina's parties!!! I am very excited to see ten billion people I have not seen in soooo long!
- My roomate and housing info are supposed to come this week...where are they?
- Bill Morrisey concert on the 12th and I am going...very happy

12:52 pm: An Update:

- For the past week I have lived off little more than Cinnamon Life cereal and iced lattes

- I have purchased six books recently and read the first fifty pages of every one.

- I have realized that I am awkward and I plan on embracing it.

- VH1’s I Love the 90s premieres on July 12th . I didn’t love the 90s but I will watch it anyway.

- I am not ready for college. I am very angry that magazines at the grocery store are advertising “Back to School Specials” that is pretty fucking scary.

- My first year seminar is officially Native Americans and the Land. I wonder who the hell is going to be in that class with me.

- Last night I tried to rent Cold Mountain but when I got home I realized I had Cold Creek Manor. I am really mad at the person who put that on the shelves.

- I am not allowed to go to Nantucket. My parents offer no explanation for this decision.

- I am broke.

- I am leaving for South Bend, IN tomorrow. I will probably get in a fight with my Mom. I am coming back on Sunday.

- On Sunday my friends come home and I will finally have a life again.

03:07 pm: Hung out with Sara and Brittany last night. We went to Chestnut Hill but like I expected nothing was open so we turned around and went to Friendly's. We all ordered "Friend-Z"s which I must say are only a poor shadow of their predecessor the Cyclone. I went fishing this morning in Point Pleasant. We didn't catch anything because we were out too late but I worked on my cast. I also got to make fun all the people tubing down the river with Bucks County River Country which is always a good time. I had lunch and a quick walk around Doylestown. Now it seems it's just me and my little brother spending afternoon at the pool and the night watching movies...

02:30 pm: So bored...I've been working all week. I got new contacts today which means no more driving around with my glasses on and that's just about all I have to be excited about today. Everyone give me a call I want to hang out with you even if I am too lazy to think of something worth calling you about. Hopefully this weekend will be what I am hoping for but I know better than to build it up too much. I wish everyone would stop going away for the summer or at least take me with them :) that's what I get for being spoiled all these past summers and always having something fun to do.
